1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services booked with Breezy Sips Mobile Bar (“Breezy Sips,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking our services, you (“Client”) agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your event date

The deposit compensates Breezy Sips for reserving the date and declining other bookings
-
Under no circumstances is the deposit refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
3. Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation is made:

More than [30 days] before the event:

Any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded

15–30 days before the event:

Up to [50%] of the total balance (excluding deposit) may be refunded

Less than 14 days before the event:

No refunds will be issued

4. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule their event one time without penalty if requested at least [Insert days, e.g., 14–30 days] in advance

Rescheduling is subject to availability

If Breezy Sips is unavailable for the new date, the cancellation terms above will apply

Additional fees may apply depending on changes to the event scope
5. Client No-Show or Event Changes

No refunds will be issued if:

The Client cancels on the day of the event

The event is shortened, delayed, or altered after service has begun

Guest attendance is lower than expected

6. Failure to Provide Service
If Breezy Sips is unable to provide services due to circumstances within our control:

The Client will receive a full refund, including the deposit
7. Force Majeure
Breezy Sips is not responsible for cancellations or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including:

Severe weather
-
Natural disasters
-
Government restrictions
-
Emergencies
In such cases:

We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis
8. Third-Party Costs
Breezy Sips is not responsible for refunds related to:

Venue cancellations
-
Vendor issues
-
Permits or licensing fees
-
Alcohol or supplies purchased by the Client
9. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within [7–14 business days]

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
