1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by Breezy Sips Mobile Bar (“Breezy Sips,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to clients (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) for mobile bar services at events in Knoxville, Tennessee, and surrounding areas.
By booking services with Breezy Sips, you agree to the following terms.
2. Services Provided
Breezy Sips is a mobile bar service that provides bartending, bar setup, and beverage service for private and public events.
Important:

Breezy Sips does not sell alcohol unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing and permitted by law

The Client is responsible for purchasing and supplying all alcohol unless otherwise stated

Breezy Sips reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or underage
3. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your event date
-
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event
-
Events booked within 14 days of event time must be paid in full at booking
-
Accepted payment methods: cash, check, venmo, cashapp
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable
-
Cancellations made:
-
More than 14 days before event: partial refund (excluding deposit) may be issued

Less than 14 before event: no refunds
-

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide a safe and suitable location for bar setup and service
-
Ensure compliance with all local and state alcohol laws
-
Verify that all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age (21+)

Obtain any required permits, licenses, or venue approvals
-
Provide adequate space, access, and, if required, utilities (water, power)
6. Liability & Insurance

Breezy Sips carries general liability insurance; proof can be provided upon request

Breezy Sips is not liable for:
-
Actions of intoxicated guests
-
Damages caused by guests
-
Incidents resulting from alcohol consumption

The Client assumes responsibility for guest behavior and event conditions
7. Responsible Alcohol Service
Breezy Sips follows responsible serving practices in accordance with Tennessee law, including:

Checking IDs when necessary
-
Refusing service to underage or intoxicated individuals
-
Ending alcohol service if safety concerns arise
8. Setup & Breakdown

Setup and breakdown times will be agreed upon prior to the event

The Client must ensure access to the venue during scheduled setup time

Additional fees may apply for delays caused by venue or Client
9. Overtime & Additional Charges

Overtime is billed at $100/hr
-
Additional fees may apply for:
-
Extended service hours
-
Travel outside standard service area
-
Special requests or customizations
-
10. Weather & Force Majeure
Breezy Sips is not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather
-
Natural disasters
-
Government restrictions
-
Emergencies
In such cases, we will work with the Client to reschedule when possible.
11. Damages
The Client agrees to be financially responsible for:

Any damage to Breezy Sips equipment caused by guests
-
Theft or loss of equipment during the event
12. Photography & Marketing
Breezy Sips may take photos or videos during events for promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.
13. Compliance with Laws
Both Breezy Sips and the Client agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Tennessee alcohol regulations.
14. Agreement
By booking with Breezy Sips, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
